Yes! In our editor, you can immediately preview your design before adding it to your shopping basket.

    Can I return personalised products?

    As each product is made individually for you, personalised products cannot be returned.
    Exception:
    If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us – we will quickly arrange a replacement..

    What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

    Please send us a message with photos of the defect within 7 days of receipt. We will then ensure a quick solution.
