Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Our products are individually made according to customer specifications (e.g. personalized phone cases). Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies.

Notice regarding complaints

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@racingvibes.com.

Please send us a photo of the product together with your order number. We will offer you a replacement shipment or another solution as quickly as possible.
